I hate this website! There are very few men there. Very few meet my criteria. When I paid for my month’s membership, I was told I could cancel anytime. I have tried THREE TIMES and my profile and membership is still intact! I want out of this trap and can’t get out. After I went through the process of cancelling and found my profile still there, I emailed them….THREE TIMES!!! All I ever got was an auto reply mail saying they’ll get back to me which they never did. This thing really scares me, now!

Very hard to contact anyone at the site for help. Finally got someone to answer the phone. Explained to him I was getting emails advising someone was contacting me but when I tried to go in all I got was a blue screen with word OKCupid.com at the top. The guy I spoke was really no help ..got frustrated so I told him to close the acc, It has been doing this for 3 months. The guy said I had 23 days left but what does it matter if I cant get into it. I have forgotten my user id and no help with that either.,,,so im done with it.

Of course the site needs a little updating, saying whether you’re into someone before you can even peek at their profile is an uncomfortable amount of pressure. Other than that it’s okay.

I found your dating site easy to navigate and use there are how ever a few problems like most sites you get the fakes which was a problem and people who are not what they say they are and the money hunters, but in general all worked well.
